The pairing of Casa Dragones Joven with the flavors of the oysters makes for a truly balanced, elegant dish. From July 15-19, 2015, The Resort at Pedregal hosted the fourth annual Art of Taste Festival, bringing together internationally renowned chefs, wine makers and top mixologists in an epicurean adventure led by The Resort at Pedregal’s Executive Chef, Yvan Mucharraz.
