The Resort at Pedregal was recently transformed into a dream culinary event: A Fiesta of Flavors. The lucky guests of honor were the guests of the resort, hosted by General Manager Fernando Flores and Food & Beverage Director Isaac Novoa. The Inspiration Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet drew inspiration from Mexican folklore to surprise and delight with some traditional elements at this colorful and delicious celebration. From July 15-19, 2015, The Resort at Pedregal hosted the fourth annual Art of Taste Festival, bringing together internationally renowned chefs, wine makers and top mixologists in an epicurean adventure led by The Resort at Pedregal’s Executive Chef, Yvan Mucharraz.
